It is not always easy to prioritize and find the time to accomplish all that needs to be done in the day. I always find Spring a very busy time of year. Between end of year concerts, music exam preparations, children in Spring sports, I find we are overly busy. I can't even bring myself to think about what I have on the schedule for the rest of the week because I don't want to panic.
Getting through each commitment, I know that I must find the time for two things.
1. Time with God.
2. 4 days of exercise
I cannot live a life of eating moderately without these two things. They cannot be compromised for anything.
Eating less, moving more,

So well said!! I feel exactly the same way. Sometimes I feel guilty for the time I spend exercising instead of doing other important things, but I shouldn't.
I also find this time of the year very busy...and I dont have children nor do I work....so cant totally understand how you must be feeling.
Maybe you can combine your time exercising with quiet thoughts with God? I know you run with a partner usually so maybe that's not an option.
You are doing SO WELL! Such a good job, Dawnie. Keep it up!
The two things are great! I agree!

You're right...these two things make all the difference. You can do this Dawne. Just set your mind to it and you will.
Be blessed
